How to Redeem

1. Make your payment on UPlay.
   *Do note that your booking has not been secured yet. 
   *Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
     
2. Please Call or WhatsApp Brunches Café using the contact provided in the booking confirmation email to reconfirm your booking date and timeslot. Don't forget to attach your payment confirmation email as proof. If necessary, mention 'NTUC UPlay’.
     
3. Please show UPlay's mobile or printed confirmation email to their staff on the event day

Other Terms & Conditions

• This voucher is valid for 3 months from the booking confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
• This voucher is non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted. However, a one-time amendment of the date and time is allowed, subject to the vendor's availability. 
• Due to high demand, please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
• Please reconfirm your booking directly with the merchant through a Phone Call or WhatsApp using the provided contact details.
• When reconfirming your reservation, please remember to mention 'NTUC UPlay' and provide your Purchase Order & Invoice ID found in your purchase email. 
• Please be aware that requests for specific seating arrangements are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
